We would like to work with you to find just the right design style and colours for your special event. Therefore, we ask you to email us to discuss your order and we will send you a sample to view. We will happily change any aspect of the cards in our range or design one bespoke for you, just ask!
We commit to complete any order within 8 weeks of the final order being placed but we would be happy to discuss more urgent orders on request. It may take a couple of weeks or more for you to finalise your design ideas with us so this should be taken into consideration. For example, you may choose to send us a swatch of your bridesmaid colours to match. Or you may ask us to find a particular symbol or picture to include in the design.
We will send you samples during the consultation process until you are completely happy with the look of your stationery. Final proofs will be sent out for your agreement, after which the 8 weeks order lead time would begin.*
While we pride ourselves on the quality and consistency of our handmade cards, each item is individually made and therefore slight variations may occur. This is part of the unique appeal of handmade stationery.
